Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for shopping with ALEXRAYSHOP LLC! Please review our pre-order policy before placing your order.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the following terms:

Please be aware that when placing orders your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to p.o boxes and addresses that are not confirmed. Please reach out to us via email or our chat before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address.
1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
All pre-order items are made and shipped once inventory becomes available. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
If there are any unexpected delays, you will receive an email update with the latest information on your order status.
2. PAYMENT
Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. This secures your item and guarantees that it will be reserved for you once stock arrives.
3. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Because pre-orders are made specifically for each customer, cancellations or changes cannot be made once the order is placed. Please double-check your size, address, and item selection before completing checkout.
4. SHIPPING UPDATES
When your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you directly.
5. COMBINED ORDERS
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If an item is a pre-order, we will not accept returns or exchanges.
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email with a photo of the item so we can better assist you.
However, we must be notified of the issue within 2 days from the delivery date for us to address it.
7. ADDRESS ISSUES
If your package is returned back to us for incorrect address details, you WILL have to pay the reshipment fee of $5. After 30 days with no contact or response, the item will be resold on the website.
