**RETURN POLICY**  

All items purchased from ALEXRAYSHOP are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about sizing, ingredients, or materials, contact us before purchasing.

**EXCHANGE POLICY**  

Exchanges are only accepted if ALEXRAYSHOP made a mistake with your order. This includes:

- Shipping the wrong item

- Shipping a damaged item (due to our packaging or fulfillment process)

To qualify:

- Notify us within 3 days of delivery

- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

- Email us proof (clear photos) to supportt@alexrayshop.com

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.  

 

Exchanges are not available for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
